Shipping & Returns

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • Europe & North America: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & Oceania: 7–14 business days

  • Other Regions: 10–20 business days
    (Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.)

Shipping Carriers:
We partner with trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS.  

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours.

Customs & Import Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on local regulations. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the item(s) are required.

Return Process:

  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Refund Timeframe:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
